Originated as seedling in 1905 in Whittier, Ca. Later owned by A.M. Ganter. Fruit season Oct. - Dec. Good quality fruit but tends to spoil at apex. Seed usually loose. Tree is small and averages no more than 44 lbs (20 kg) per year. Poor shipper.
